BROOK RUN PARK

  • Theater Building – New Usage Proposals & Considerations:There is a proposal at large to restore and re-purpose the currently closed Brook Run Theater. On March 9, 2015, this proposal was discussed in the Dunwoody City Council Meeting. The proposal is to re-purpose and re-brand the Brook Run theater as the “Performing Arts Center of Dunwoody.”

TILLY MILL / N. PEACHTREE / PEELER RD. INTERSECTION

  • Intersection Construction Projection: This improvement project is in place to help relieve congestion and improve safety. The city has started with tree extraction, then road and sidewalk construction will begin soon after.

  • August 2015 – This project was awarded to C.W. Matthews, approval by DeKalb County expected in September 2015 and construction to begin soon afterwards.

  • The city of Dunwoody and Peachtree Corners are planning improvements on Winter’s Chapel from Peachtree Industrial Blvd. to Spalding Dr.
